MEGAN GRAUSAM
EDUCATION SPECIALIST (RSP)
Since joining Mt. Baldy School in 2021, Mrs. Grausam has been a dedicated advocate for student success, helping every child reach their full potential. As an Education Specialist, she supports all students by developing engaging curriculum, collaborating with teachers and families, and ensuring that students with diverse learning needs receive the tools and support necessary to thrive alongside their peers.
Mrs. Grausam began her career in education as a paraeducator for Chino Valley and Upland School Districts. She also worked as a substitute teacher for Chino Valley USD, Upland USD, and Mt. Baldy School. After spending several years as a stay-at-home mother, she returned to the field of education, earning her Mild/Moderate Education Specialist credential along with a Master’s degree in Special Education. She is now in her fifth year serving the Mt. Baldy School community.
A proud Mt. Baldy resident, parent of a Baldy Bear, and alumni of Mt. Baldy School herself, Mrs. Grausam has deep roots in the community she serves. Her personal connection fuels her commitment to fostering an inclusive and positive learning environment where all students feel supported, valued, and empowered to succeed.
Outside of school, Mrs. Grausam enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and daughter, embracing the beauty and adventure that Mt. Baldy has to offer. Whether exploring the outdoors or supporting her students, she is passionate about uplifting those around her and making a meaningful impact every day.
