Instructional Aide and Proctor
Abigail Mitchell is an Instructional Aide and Proctor at Mt. Baldy School. Born and raised in Upland, she has always felt a strong connection to the Mt. Baldy community and its beautiful environment. Abigail deeply values the school’s strong sense of community and works to support it every day. As an instructional aide, she helps teachers by working directly with students in the classroom, assisting with lessons, providing extra support where needed, and helping create a positive and engaging learning environment. She also serves as a proctor, supervising students and ensuring a safe and welcoming atmosphere throughout the school. Having worked with children for much of her life, Abigail finds great joy in supporting students and contributing to the special, inclusive environment that makes Mt. Baldy School such a wonderful place to learn.
