STEPHANIE RODRIGUEZ
Toddler | Preschool

Stephanie Rodriguez is a Toddler Program Teacher at Mt. Baldy School, where she brings together two of her greatest passions: education and nurturing the growth of young children. She is dedicated to creating a warm, supportive environment where students feel safe, encouraged, and excited to learn.

Ms. Stephanie began her career in nursing, where she cared for and supported young children in healthcare settings. This experience helped shape her understanding of child development and strengthened her commitment to working with young learners. She later pursued her true calling in education, earning her Bachelor of Science in Child and Adolescent Development, with an emphasis in Family and Community, from California State University, Fullerton, graduating cum laude.

Her professional background includes experience as a school nurse, preschool teacher, student intern counselor, and kindergarten classroom intern. These diverse roles have given her a well-rounded perspective and deepened her passion for helping children grow academically, socially, and emotionally.

Ms. Stephanie feels it is a true blessing to teach in the TK Bunnies class at Mt. Baldy School. Surrounded by the beauty of the mountains, she finds each day both meaningful and rewarding. She is grateful to be part of the Mt. Baldy School community and is committed to supporting every child’s growth and success.
