Roni McDonald is a dedicated TK Teacher Assistant at Mt. Baldy School, supporting Transitional Kindergarten (TK) classrooms, which provide a bridge between preschool and kindergarten with a focus on hands-on, play-based learning. She brings a strong passion for student-led learning and is committed to creating a joyful and engaging classroom environment. Roni fosters curiosity and encourages exploration, inspiring children to discover, learn, and grow together. As a parent of three boys, she deeply values being part of the Mt. Baldy School community and is excited to contribute to another year of growth, learning, and positive experiences for her students.
