sandy JOhnson
Instructional Aide Proctor

Sandy Johnson an Instructional Aide and Proctor at Mt. Baldy School, bringing a lifelong passion for working with children to her role. Growing up, her greatest dream was to be a mother, and she has been blessed with a son, a daughter, and six wonderful grandchildren. Early in her life, she ran a home daycare for 17 years, nurturing and guiding young children, and later spent a decade supporting the elderly in adult medicine.

Since moving to Mt. Baldy in 2010 and seeing her grandchildren become part of the school community, she returned to her first love—working with children. She has been an instructional aide at Mt. Baldy since 2016, assisting teachers, supporting students in the classroom, and helping create a positive and engaging learning environment. She finds immense joy in witnessing the moments when learning “clicks” and seeing the smiles on her students’ faces, experiences she describes as priceless. Deeply connected to the Mt. Baldy community, she values the strong sense of togetherness and is committed to fostering a safe, welcoming, and supportive atmosphere for every child at the school.
